Currículo

The first step in our hiring process is based on the analysis of the candidate’s CV. We look for the candidates with the highest potential, from the best universities, from courses such as Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, and others in quantitative fields.

Additional to the excellent academic performance, extra-curricular activities that develop leadership, communication, commitment, and teamwork are distinguishing features.

English proficiency is a prerequisite and other languages are considered a positive.

Currículo

The objective of the test is to present to the candidates with a small number of complex quantitative problems. The test is in a GMAT format, in English, with a duration of 40 minutes and composed of 20 questions, assorted as follows:

  • 6 Problem Solving questions
  • 6 Data Sufficiency questions
  • 4 Reading Comprehension questions
  • 4 Critical Reasoning questions

In this step, the candidate will go through two to three interviews, in which one of them will be done with an associate from ADVISIA Analytics. In the interviews, beyond questions about the CV, some problems and scenarios connected to the business field that aim to evaluate the quality of the understanding and structuring of their solutions, including strategical solution development, hypothesis proposal, critical points identification, and analytics techniques application.

The degree of motivation, demonstrated in relation to their career at ADVISIA Analytics, the solution to the problem presented and aptitude for programming are evaluated points. Finally, the personal and interpersonal qualities of the candidate will be appraised, including leadership, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, result-driven behavior, pragmatism, and critical thinking.
